At Nirmaan Retoy, we take pride in offering high-quality toys — whether brand new, gently refurbished, or donated with love. As part of our sustainable mission, we handle each order with care and transparency. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we manage returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We currently accept returns under the following conditions:
The toy received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The toy is unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered, along with the original packaging (if applicable).
We do not accept returns for:
Toys purchased under a sale or clearance offer.
Refurbished or pre-loved toys (unless the product is damaged or broken upon arrival).
Donations submitted through our platform — all donated items are final and non-returnable.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at [insert support email] with your order number and images of the item (if damaged).
Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we’ll guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process, depending on your location.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For prepaid orders, the full amount (excluding shipping charges, if applicable) will be refunded.
In case of COD orders, we will issue the refund via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or incorrect. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention your exchange preference.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
Once an item is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted, but return requests may apply as per the above policy.
